Mastermind helped me achieve new targets


The second set of Relationology Mastermind groups are to come to an end this month. When I decided to launch Masterminds during the first lockdown I didn’t know what to expect.

Nine months on, and I am delighted to have helped so many business owners achieve their goals. The people who have joined the groups are spread across the globe. And most of those taking part have seen great successes and something new about themselves.

In the first group, Stephen Lucas used his Mastermind to help him as his business was effectively wiped out due to the pandemic.  I’m delighted that he is sharing his thoughts.

Why did you join a Relationology Mastermind?

I work in the events industry and Covid-19 has essentially obliterated events work for 2020. So I decided to put this time to good use and motivate myself. I set some targets of things to achieve during this time, and the group helped me to make those. What seemed like huge steps were turned into small, manageable ones, while I remained accountable to others in the group.

How successful was your Mastermind?

The group was a huge encouragement to me. Everybody got to know each other and there was plenty of encouragement going around. This set up me up well for the following weeks.

What did you gain from it personally and professionally?

It helped me achieve the targets I set myself and a plan going forward. Since completing the course, I have set my own new targets and used the techniques learned in the group to help me achieve them.  

What would you say to someone considering joining a Relationology Mastermind?

If you’re a business owner or entrepreneur who is having some downtime or facing a new chapter or crossroads in your business, then I would highly recommend a Mastermind group

Are you looking forward to the next Relationology step, SuperPowers?

I am looking forward to participating in the Relational SuperPowers course. In our industry building and maintaining client relationships is key.
